    • High main pivot gives the bike a bump-swallowing rearward axle path; 4-bar linkage keeps braking smooth, traction high and pedaling crisp
    • Rear shock tucks cleanly into the twin spar downtube, keeping the bike's center of gravity as low as possible for great stability and creating one-of-a-kind looks
    • Guidler pulley combines an idler pulley and chain guide; idler eliminates feedback from the high pivot swingarm, keeping your pedal stroke smooth
    • Proportional Response suspension design tailors the actual suspension layout by size so that riders of all sizes get optimal traction, suppleness and control
    • As the front of the bike gets longer with each size, the chainstay length increases proportionally, keeping the rider centered between the wheels
    • DownLow dropper post gets your saddle out of the way on the descents
    • Downtube protector protects your frame from roost and strikes, while letting water and debris pass through
    • Ai offset drivetrain delivers more tire and mud clearance in the swingarm, and even more spoke angles for a stiffer, stronger rear wheel

    New bikes go through a normal break-in period, after which they should be readjusted. All bicycles sold at REI include free adjustments for one year after purchase date—as many times as you need. Included: derailleur and brake adjustments, lateral wheel truing, hub and headset bearing adjustments, tire inflation and chain lubrication.
